Immigration is one of the most heated debates in America today. On one side are those who believe strict limits are necessary to protect jobs, culture, and national security. On the other are those who argue that openness, diversity, and welcoming newcomers are the keys to America’s strength.

Both sides raise tough questions. Does restricting immigration protect the nation, or does it weaken the very values we claim to stand for? Should economic stability come before our duty to help others, or is America’s promise big enough to handle both?

Where should the line be drawn, and who gets to decide? This is more than a policy issue; it’s a test of our national identity.

Bilingual proclamations mean that the other side doesn't even care about identity. Openness doesn't mean lying down and getting walked over.
